BAMBOO

Bamboo has always captivated me, with thoughts of Japan and the film, Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon. I can imagine having a garden one day with bamboo. This was taken on a slightly misty morning, with the sun starting to break through (a favourite scenario of mine). This path is part of the grounds at  the amazing Watermill Centre, a laboratory of inspiration and performance, founded by theater and visual artist Robert Wilson. I'd never seen a bamboo path so narrow. Very surreal and beautiful.
