Gravetye Manor, the original Wild Garden of William Robinson, has seen a recent rebirth under the hands of master head gardener, Tom Coward. It’s one of my favourite gardens in the UK. Each visit, I am blown away by the beauty and quality of planting. This is the best time of day: early morning when all is quiet, with a slight mist in the valley. For me, it's the ultimate, idyllic English garden scene.
